I’m not the practitioner who tells you what you want to hear. I’m the one who tells you what’s actually going on.

Physically Primal exists because the conventional system failed my son. It wasn’t built to look deep enough. I was — and now I do this for families who are ready for someone who will.

The Full Story

My clinical career started in women’s health and body composition. I was running functional labs, building nutrition protocols, and working with clients on hormonal health and metabolic function. I understood the body. I had the clinical foundation.

Then my son Koa was diagnosed with autism.

I was told what most parents are told: here’s the diagnosis, here’s what to expect, and here’s the ceiling. Manage the symptoms. Access the funding. Accept that this is as good as it gets.

I didn’t accept it. Not because I was in denial — but because I knew enough about functional medicine to ask the questions no one was asking. Why was his gut so disrupted? What was driving the neurological symptoms? Had anyone actually tested what was happening inside his body?

The answer was: no one had tested anything.

So I went to work. I trained internationally in primitive reflex integration, laser light therapy, peptide protocols, and gut-brain immunology. I ran every functional lab I could find on my own son. I spent hundreds of thousands of dollars and years of my life building the system that the mainstream couldn’t — or wouldn’t — build for him.

What I built for Koa worked. And what worked for Koa became the clinical model I now use with families around the world.

How I Work

I don’t do soft reassurance. I don’t apply blanket protocols and hope something sticks. And I don’t treat what I haven’t tested.

Every protocol I build starts with comprehensive lab data — Gut Zoomer 3.0, Neural Zoomer Plus, and the Organic Acids Test. Every supplement is chosen because the data says it’s needed. Every reflex integration exercise is prescribed based on which reflexes are retained. Every sequence is deliberate: gut first, then brain, then body.

I will tell you exactly what I see. If I think your child’s current path isn’t producing results, I’ll say so. If I think my approach isn’t the right fit for your family, I’ll say that too. I’d rather turn away a client than take their money and waste their time.

What I Bring to the Table

Most practitioners in this space specialise in one thing. An OT does occupational therapy. A chiropractor does adjustments. A naturopath runs a gut protocol. None of them talk to each other.

I built something different. My clinical toolkit spans:

• Functional medicine and comprehensive lab interpretation

• Personalised supplement protocols formulated for sensory children

• Primitive reflex assessment and integration

• Photobiomodulation (laser light therapy)

• Oxygen therapy

• Biomechanics and movement rehabilitation

• Peptide protocols

None of these exist in isolation in my practice. They are integrated, sequenced, and layered based on each child’s individual lab data. That integration is the model.

"I know what it is to be the parent in the room who won’t stop looking for answers. That’s not just my story. That’s exactly who I work with."

Who I Work With — And Who I Don’t

The right families:

• Parents of neurodivergent children who have been through mainstream therapy with little or no result

• Families who are done with symptom-management approaches and ready for root-cause work

• Parents who are ready to invest — financially and in the process — in a different outcome

• Families who want a practitioner who will be straight with them, not just reassuring

Who is not a good fit:

• Families who lead with pricing objections before understanding what the work involves

• Those looking for a single-session fix or a standard therapy block

• Families who are not ready to trust the process or follow the protocol

I will decline applications from families who are not ready or who are not the right fit. That’s not arrogance. It’s respect for the families who are — and for the work itself.

Every Child I Work With Is Building Toward the Same Thing

A foundation to integrate into adult life independently. To feel like themselves. To live a full life.

That’s what I wanted for Koa. It’s what every parent who walks through my door wants for their child. And it’s what the biology makes possible when you address it early enough, in the right order, with the right data.

$150 AUD. Applied toward any program you proceed with.
