Common Questions
How do I know if this is right for my child?
If you’ve been through OTs, speech therapists, paediatricians, and NDIS therapy blocks with little or no measurable change — and no one has tested your child’s gut, neuroinflammation, or neurotransmitter production — this is likely a gap worth investigating. The Initial Clinical Consult exists to determine fit.
Do you work with families outside Australia?
Yes. All consults and ongoing support are available via Zoom. Lab kits are shipped internationally. Nicole works with families across Australia, the UK, US, and Asia.
How soon will we see results?
First signs of change are often visible within three months. Significant results are expected within the six-month program window. The primary factor affecting outcome is compliance.
Do I need a referral?
No referral needed. Apply directly via the checkout page.
What does the $150 consult cover?
A 45–60 minute clinical intake via Zoom. Nicole reviews your child’s full history, identifies patterns, and determines whether her approach is the right fit. The fee is applied toward any program you proceed with.
What if Nicole decides it’s not a fit?
She’ll tell you directly. This is not a sales process. If your child’s case is not suited to this approach, Nicole will let you know and, where possible, point you in a more appropriate direction.
