This is a comprehensive clinical intake where Nicole assesses your child’s history, symptoms, and current interventions to determine whether her integrated approach is the right fit. It’s not a sales pitch. It’s not a generic chat. It is the same rigour she applies to every child she works with — starting with her own son.
The $150 consult fee covers Nicole’s time and clinical expertise. If you proceed to a full program, this is applied toward your investment.
What Happens On The Call
01. Case Review
Nicole reviews your child’s full history — diagnoses, therapies tried, symptoms, gut health, development milestones, and what has and hasn’t worked.
02. Clinical Assessment
Based on the intake form you complete before the call, Nicole identifies patterns and potential root-cause drivers — gut dysfunction, retained primitive reflexes, neuroinflammation, or nutrient deficiency.
03. Honest Recommendation
Nicole tells you exactly what she sees, what testing she would recommend, and whether her program is the right next step. If it’s not a fit, she’ll tell you that too.

Before You Book
Consult fee: $150 AUD. Applied toward any program you proceed with.
Duration: 45–60 minutes via Zoom.
After payment: You’ll book your preferred time and receive an intake form to complete before the call. Nicole reviews this in advance so your time together is focused on answers, not paperwork.
Available globally: All consults are conducted via video. Nicole works with families across Australia, the UK, US, Asia, and beyond.
